Notice & takedown procedure. — If your copyrighted work appears on this site without authorization, here’s how to report it — and what we do next.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (1998) lets a copyright owner formally ask a website to remove infringing content. We honor every valid notice we receive within 48 hours. We also accept counter-notices if a takedown looks mistaken.
You don’t need a lawyer to file. You don’t need to be in the US. You just need to own the original work and tell us where the infringement lives on our site.
Find the exact URL on our site that contains your work + a URL to the original you own.

Our agent reviews the notice and removes the content within 48 hours of a valid claim.
You receive written confirmation. The uploader can file a counter-notice if they disagree.
A valid DMCA takedown notice needs all six items below. Missing any one and we have to ask for clarifications before we can act.
1. Identification of copyrighted work:
[Title, type, URL of the original you own]
2. Identification of infringing material:
[Full URL on Neverendservicess .com where the work appears]
3. Your contact information:
[Full name, mailing address, email, phone]
4. Good faith statement:
"I have a good faith belief that the use of the
material in the manner complained of is not authorized
by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. Accuracy statement:
"Under penalty of perjury, the information in this
notification is accurate, and I am authorized to act
on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is
allegedly infringed."
6. Signature:
[Physical or electronic signature of the rights holder]If you believe content was removed by mistake, file a counter-notice within 14 days. Include the same six items above plus your statement of good-faith belief that the takedown was unwarranted. We restore the content if no court order arrives within 10 business days.
Per Section 512(i) of the DMCA, accounts that receive multiple substantiated takedowns are terminated. Three valid notices over any rolling 12-month period results in immediate, permanent removal — without refund or recourse.
