This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have about that data. It applies to every page on this agency.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, optional email, optional phone, and the message you send. Used only to reply to you.
- Page-view analytics — date, time, and a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your IP address. The hash rotates daily so we cannot link visits across days.
- Favorites — stored only in your browser's local storage. Never sent to our servers.
What we do not collect
- No third-party tracking cookies.
- No advertising-network identifiers.
- No personal information from the profiles you browse.
How long we keep it
Inquiry submissions are retained for 12 months and then deleted. Hashed view-counter rows are retained for 24 months for aggregate analytics. Your local-storage favorites stay until you clear them yourself.
Your rights
You may request a copy of any inquiry data we hold for you, or request its deletion, by contacting the concierge. We process such requests within 30 days.
Updates
If we materially change this policy we will post a banner at the top of the site for at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
