If any of these come up, walk away. We’ll cancel the booking, refund you, and add the contact to our internal block list.
A real concierge confirms in writing before any payment. Anyone demanding upfront cash to "lock the slot" is a scam.
A quick Google reverse-image of any profile photo should turn up nothing else. Stock photos = not a real profile.
Real locations are specific: building name, floor, area. "I’ll send the address when you arrive" = leave the area.
No legitimate booking requires your Aadhaar, passport, bank card, or any official ID. If asked, walk away.
If the person who shows up doesn’t match the verified photo, leave. We refund the full amount — just message us.
All bookings happen on WhatsApp threads we initiate. If a "concierge" insists on regular SMS or a different number, it’s not us.
