Four safety pillars

Four habits that keep evenings safe.

  • Verify the profile

    Use our agency or another platform you trust. Cross-check photos. If the photo — or the rate — seems too good to be true, it is.

  • Meet in a known place

    For first meetings, choose a hotel or our verified incall apartments. Avoid private homes you haven’t been to before.

  • Trust your gut

    If anything feels off — the place, the person, the conversation — leave. No booking is worth a bad feeling. We refund without question.

  • Always have an out

    Tell a friend where you are. Keep our concierge WhatsApp open. Have ride-share open. We’re here 10 AM — midnight, every day.

Red flags

Six warnings that should stop a booking.

If any of these come up, walk away. We’ll cancel the booking, refund you, and add the contact to our internal block list.

  • Pressure to pay first

    A real concierge confirms in writing before any payment. Anyone demanding upfront cash to "lock the slot" is a scam.

  • Photo that won’t reverse-search

    A quick Google reverse-image of any profile photo should turn up nothing else. Stock photos = not a real profile.

  • Vague or shifting address

    Real locations are specific: building name, floor, area. "I’ll send the address when you arrive" = leave the area.

  • Asking for personal documents

    No legitimate booking requires your Aadhaar, passport, bank card, or any official ID. If asked, walk away.

  • Different person at the door

    If the person who shows up doesn’t match the verified photo, leave. We refund the full amount — just message us.

  • Phone numbers off WhatsApp

    All bookings happen on WhatsApp threads we initiate. If a "concierge" insists on regular SMS or a different number, it’s not us.

If something goes sideways…

If —

The person doesn’t match the photo

Then

Don’t enter the apartment / open the door wider. Step away, message our concierge with "PHOTO MISMATCH" and the booking ID. Full refund within 24 hours, profile removed from the agency the same day.

If —

You feel unsafe during the booking

Then

Use any reason to leave: "I have to take this call", "I forgot something in the car." Once outside, message us. We don’t need explanations — we’ll handle the rest, and the rest of the slot is refunded.

If —

Something illegal is happening

Then

Leave immediately. Call 100 (police) or 1098 (child helpline) if applicable. Then message us with what you saw — we file with authorities and remove the profile permanently.

Report an issue

Tell us what happened.

If a profile, concierge, or booking didn’t match the standards on this page — report it. Reports are confidential, taken seriously, and get a written response within 24 hours.
